A1 – A trip to the countryside

Today I am going to the countryside with my family. It is a beautiful sunny day. We leave early in the morning. We bring some food with us. In the basket there are sandwiches, fruit and a cake.

We arrive at the countryside and see many trees and flowers. The air is fresh and clean. We walk along a path and see many animals. There are cows, horses and sheep. The cows are mooing and the sheep are bleating. The horses are running in the meadow.

We find a nice place to have a picnic. We put a blanket on the grass and sit down. We eat sandwiches and fruit. The cake is very good. After lunch, we play football and run in the meadow.

We have a lot of fun. We also take pictures with animals and flowers. Time passes quickly. In the afternoon, we return home tired but happy. It was a beautiful day. I like to go to the countryside with my family.
